Conduit Placement by Phase

Underground duct installation only — the first of several construction stages required to deliver service. After conduit: fiber pull, splicing, building entry, and final turnup. A phase is not "complete" until every stage is done.
Bar fills left-to-right with conduit ft placed / permitted ft. Phases without contractors assigned (TBD) are still on the scope; their bars stay empty until work begins.
